Nike GT Future 'Metallic Silver' (2)

Nike’s Super-Reflective GT Future ‘Metallic Silver’ Set for December 6 Release

Nike’s highly anticipated GT Future “Metallic Silver” has surfaced in new official images, confirming the sneaker’s retail debut on December 6, 2025, with a price tag of $200.

The GT Future – a basketball-inspired lifestyle model first seen on Wale during the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend – has been teased for nearly a year as part of Nike’s renewed push into performance-fashion hybrids. The latest images provide the most detailed look yet, thanks to a reveal from influential stylist and sneaker personality Veneda Carter, a close collaborator within the Nike circle.

While early previews showed the sneaker with a matte silver finish, Carter’s images highlight its standout feature: an ultra-reflective upper that lights up from heel to toe under camera flash. The only non-reflective elements are the black outsole, tongue, and inner lining, which contrast sharply with the high-shine body.

Carter shared the images from her walk-in closet, leaving fans still uncertain about how the pair will crease in real-world wear – a common concern for sneakers made with such materials.

Nike is expected to release more details in the coming weeks, but for now, the brand has confirmed the December 6th, 2025 launch date for the GT Future “Metallic Silver.”
