Drake Relists Beverly Hills Mansion for $88 Million Amidst Plans for Houston Move
Hip-hop mogul Drake has once again placed his lavish Beverly Hills mansion on the market, signalling a potential shift in his real estate portfolio as he eyes a new residence in Houston.
As reported by TMZ, the rap superstar has re-listed his sprawling 25,000-square-foot estate with an asking price of $88 million, a staggering $13 million increase from his purchase price in 2022 when he acquired the property from English singer Robbie Williams.
This marks the second time Drake has attempted to sell the luxurious abode, having initially listed it for the same price in May 2023. Described as an ideal venue for extravagant entertainment and showcasing world-class art collections, the mansion boasts an array of amenities including seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, multiple living areas, a gourmet kitchen, a library, and a professional screening room. The estate also features a pool/guest house, a hidden tennis court, and an orchard.
If the Beverly Hills property sells, Drake will consolidate his real estate holdings to his heavily trafficked Toronto mansion and a newly acquired ranch in Houston. During a tour stop in Houston in fall 2023, Drake excitedly announced his acquisition of a property in the city, expressing his enthusiasm for establishing roots outside of Toronto.
In an Instagram video, Drake offered a glimpse of his new Houston ranch, showcasing its amenities including space for boarding horses, hinting at his desire for a serene country lifestyle amidst his bustling music career.
As Drake navigates his real estate ventures, fans eagerly anticipate further developments in his quest for the perfect home away from home.
