Portable Criticizes Nigerian Celebrities for Lack of Support for Ailing Director TG Omori

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has publicly criticized his fellow celebrities for not contributing financially to the medical treatment of music video director TG Omori, who is battling severe health issues.

TG Omori recently underwent a kidney transplant in Lagos, which unfortunately failed as his body rejected the donated organ from one of his brothers, according to reports. Despite the outpouring of support on social media from stars like Davido and Kizz Daniel, no public donations have been made to help cover Omori’s mounting medical bills.

In a video shared on his social media, Portable expressed his frustration with the entertainment industry, accusing it of “fake love.” He questioned why celebrities like Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and music executive Don Jazzy donated to controversial figures like cross-dresser Bobrisky during his legal troubles, yet have not extended similar support to TG Omori, who is in urgent need of help.

“TG Omori has a kidney problem, and celebrities are not donating money or even a kidney for him,” Portable said, calling out the industry for its apparent lack of concern. “But Victor Osimhen and others donated money for Bobrisky, who adds no value. The industry is full of fake love,” he added.
