Singer Toby Keith Reveals He Has Stomach Cancer
American country music singer and songwriter, Toby Keith has revealed that he has been diagnosed with stomach cancer.
Through a message on Twitter, the 60-year-old singer announced that he first underwent surgery and then received chemotherapy and radiation. All this over a period of six months.
“So far, everything is going well. I need time to breathe, recover and relax. I’m looking forward to spending this time with my family. But I will see the fans sooner rather than later. I can’t wait,” he noted.
It should be noted that before turning to music, Keith worked in the oil industry and also played in the USFL soccer league.
