Kai Cenat Pledges Proceeds From Next 30 Days Of Streaming Revenue To Nigerian School

Streaming sensation Kai Cenat has announced plans to contribute a portion of his streaming revenue over the next 30 days to support his mission of building a school in Nigeria. The popular creator shared the news on Instagram Stories on October 31, following a recent visit to the West African country where he interacted with local students.

With a photo of students from Mokoko, where the school is being developed, Cenat wrote, “I visited Nigeria not too long ago & absolutely loved it. So, for the next 30 days while I’m streaming, 20% of ALL REVENUE will be going straight to the school that I am still currently building for the kids of Mokoko.” Cenat also posted a digital layout of the planned school, adding, “Here are some of the layouts of what I plan to do! A lot of this support in the next month will help BIG! Thank you.”

This philanthropic effort highlights another side of Cenat’s streaming career. Recently, he’s been in the news for more lighthearted moments, including a backstage encounter with hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg at the 2023 VMAs, where Cenat challenged Snoop to showcase his legendary blunt-rolling skills.

Additionally, Cenat was in the spotlight during an interaction with Joe Budden, who tried to make amends with him on a live call set up by co-host QueenzFlip. Budden offered heartfelt praise, saying, “I got all the love in the world for Kai Cenat… My kids love you.” While Cenat responded politely, he expressed some lingering skepticism, replying, “Alright, Joe. I just be thinking that you don’t love me, bruh.”

With his commitment to building a school in Nigeria, Cenat’s efforts reveal his dedication to giving back to communities beyond his streaming persona. The funds raised through his upcoming streams promise to support the Mokoko school project, offering students in the region new educational opportunities.
