James Harden Unveils adidas Harden Vol. 10 During LA Derby
James Harden has debuted his next signature sneaker with adidas, giving fans their first look at the Harden Vol. 10 during the widely watched Clippers–Lakers matchup.
The new model follows the highly regarded Harden Vol. 9, a shoe praised for its cushioning, lockdown and responsiveness, and considered one of adidas Basketball’s strongest recent designs. With more than a dozen colourways and several special editions released, the Vol. 9 set a high bar – one adidas appears intent on raising rather than reinventing.
The Harden Vol. 10 keeps a silhouette similar to its predecessor but introduces a bold, abstract reinterpretation of the Three Stripes. The shoe features a TPU-based upper covered in concentric oval patterns built around an internal bootie, a setup aimed at delivering a secure, sock-like fit. Unlike the Vol. 9, the new model does not include visible ventilation panels.
Ahead of the on-court reveal, Harden visited the Boys & Girls Club of Los Angeles, where he surprised young attendees with pairs of the unreleased sneaker before heading to the arena.
Retailers have pencilled in 15 December 2025 as the expected launch date, with the shoe set to retail for $160. Adidas has not yet issued an official announcement.
