Apple Plans Global ‘Experience’ on March 4

Apple has announced a special, invitation-only showcase scheduled for March 4, 2026, to be held simultaneously in New York, London and Shanghai.

In invitations sent to select members of the media, the company described the gathering as a “special Apple Experience,” offering few details about what attendees should expect. The event is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will take place across the three cities rather than at Apple’s headquarters in California.

The wording of the invitation has drawn attention, as Apple referred to the gathering as an “experience” instead of its usual product launch “event.” Industry watchers believe this suggests a smaller, more interactive format, potentially focused on hands-on demonstrations rather than a large, live-streamed keynote.

The invitation features a three-dimensional Apple logo rendered in yellow, green and blue, but offers no clues about specific announcements. However, the timing has fuelled speculation that Apple is preparing to unveil several new products in the coming weeks.

Devices widely expected to be announced include a new iPhone 17e, updated MacBook Pro models powered by M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, refreshed iPad Air and standard iPad models, and possibly a new Studio Display. Reports have also pointed to a lower-cost MacBook using the A18 chip, alongside potential updates to the Apple TV and HomePod mini.

While Apple has not confirmed its plans, the March 4 experience is expected to give journalists early access to upcoming hardware across key global markets.

The Apple Experience will take place concurrently in New York, London and Shanghai, starting at 9:00 a.m. ET.
