Ana De Armas to Star as Marilyn Monroe in New Biopic
Spanish actress, Ana De Armas has been cast as the famous American singer and model, Marilyn Monroe in a brand new biopic titled ‘Blonde.’
As it turns out, Netflix has made an adults-only movie about the life of Marilyn Monroe, starring Ana de Armas. The movie film is set to explore the wild life of the first major sex symbol in the United States of America.
For years, any depiction of the late actress tends to be quite tamed but Netflix has no restrictions.
The movie is expected to premiere at the 75th edition of the Venice film festival, which will run from August 31st to September 27th. The rest of the lineup will be announced on July 27th.
‘Blonde’ will get a limited release in theatres first and then it will start streaming on Netflix after it’s shown across the country.
