BNXN Reveals Attempted Blackmail Over Fake Pregnancy Scare

Renowned Nigerian singer Daniel Benson, popularly known as BNXN, recently shared a harrowing experience involving an attempted blackmail scheme, stemming from a one-night stand with a woman who falsely claimed to be pregnant with his child. The artist recounted the distressing incident during a recent episode of the Moni Talks podcast.

BNXN, known for his hit track “Gwagwalada,” disclosed that after the one-night encounter, the woman approached him, asserting that she was expecting his child and subsequently demanded financial support. However, when he refused to comply with her demands, she resorted to attempting to blackmail him by sharing compromising images of him on various social media platforms.

In his own words, BNXN explained the situation: “Somebody came out to lie that she’s pregnant for me. I’m still waiting for the child. I was like, ‘Goddamn, girl, that was too far.’ It was blackmail. She wanted to blackmail me. She wanted me to send her money, and when I refused, she posted some weird pictures of me.”

The artist emphasized that he had no prior connection with the woman beyond the one-night stand, highlighting that such encounters can indeed lead to unplanned pregnancies. Nevertheless, he expressed his disbelief at the audacity of the alleged blackmailer’s actions.

This unfortunate incident left BNXN contemplating why individuals who engage in such blackmail schemes often evade legal consequences. Throughout the ordeal, the singer lauded his team for their support and handling of the scandal while awaiting the resolution of the matter.

As the situation unfolds, BNXN’s story serves as a reminder of the challenges and consequences that can arise from personal encounters and the importance of addressing such issues through appropriate legal channels rather than resorting to blackmail.
