Cardi B Unhappy With Madonna’s Statements: It Gets Really Disappointing
Cardi B isn’t pleased with Madonna after the latter made some comments via Instagram that angered the rapper, as reported by Marca.
Through Instagram stories, the Grammy Award winner wanted to highlight the 30th anniversary of her book called Sex, which talked about open love.
“Thirty years ago I published a book with naked pictures of me. There were pictures of men kissing men, women kissing women, and me kissing everyone,” she began.
“I spent the next few years being interviewed by narrow-minded people who tried to shame me for empowering myself as a woman. They called me a whore, a witch, a heretic, a devil. Now Cardi B can sing about her pussy. Kim Kardashian can grace the cover of any magazine and Miley Cyus can cum like a wrecking ball. You’re welcome bitches.”
The comment didn’t sit well with Cardi B, who didn’t hesitate in responding to the diva via Twitter.
“I literally paid homage to this woman so many times because I grew up listening to her… she can express her point of view without putting clown emojis and letting her mouth slip. These icons really become disappointing once you make it in the industry. That’s why I keep to myself,” the singer wrote.
