Chioma Tells Davido She Wants Two More Children
Chioma Adeleke, wife of Nigerian music star Davido, has publicly expressed her desire to have more children with the singer, just weeks after he said the couple was taking a break from expanding their family.
The moment unfolded during a Father’s Day dinner organised by Chioma in honour of Davido. In a video from the outing now trending on social media, the chef was seen showering the Unavailable crooner with love and making a surprising request.
“Happy Father’s Day. We love you, daddy. I want two more kids. I love you. Happy Father’s Day,” Chioma said during the dinner.
Her remarks come on the heels of Davido’s interview in April, where he stated that they had agreed to pause childbearing so Chioma could focus on herself and her career, especially after welcoming twins.
The couple, who got married in 2022, welcomed a boy and a girl in 2023 – just a year after the heartbreaking loss of their first son, Ifeanyi, who tragically drowned in a swimming pool.
While Davido had said at the time that Chioma deserved a break after three children, her recent comments suggest that the door to a bigger family may not be closed just yet.
