In a recent interview on the No Ordinary Podcast, DDG addressed the backlash he’s faced on social media, emphasizing that he and Bailey still share a close bond. “Halle is still family, and I love her till death, no matter what,” the rapper said. He assured fans that despite the breakup, their relationship remains amicable.
DDG also criticized the speculative comments and stories circulating online about their split. “I’ve seen people creating stories, timelines, and narratives. But in this situation, no one was at fault. Neither of us has said the other did something wrong. We’re just taking a little break, and we don’t know what the future holds,” he explained.
He urged the public to respect the privacy of their relationship, adding, “When public figures give you a statement, take it and mind your business. I don’t know anything about your life, and you don’t know about mine, except for the little I’ve shared.”
