‘One of the Purest Souls I Ever Met’ – Tems Gushes Over Justin Bieber
Grammy-winning Nigerian artist Temilade Openiyi, known as Tems, has shared heartfelt praise for Canadian pop star Justin Bieber during her recent appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show. Describing Bieber as “one of the purest souls” she has ever met, Tems highlighted his kindness and unwavering support.
Recalling their collaboration at this year’s Coachella festival, Tems explained how both Bieber and fellow Nigerian singer Wizkid joined her on stage. “I was set to perform at Coachella, and Wizkid was in town, so we asked if he’d join. He was more than happy to come out,” she said.
On the day of the performance, Tems received an unexpected message from Bieber, offering to make a surprise appearance. “Justin texted me, saying, ‘I’m around if you want to bring me out,’” she shared. “He’s so kind and such a supporter. When he came on stage, the crowd went wild. It was surreal. Justin, I love you!”
Tems, Wizkid, and Justin Bieber previously worked together on the remix of the global hit song Essence, which further solidified their musical bond.
