Doja Cat Calls Out ‘Stranger Things’ Star Noah Schnapp for Posting Their Private DMs
American rapper Doja Cat has expressed her displeasure at ‘Stranger Things’ actor, Noah Schnapp for going public with her private conversation with him via DMs where she had asked him to help set her up with his costar Joseph Quinn.
It should be recalled that Schnapp, 17, posted a screenshot of his conversation with Doja on his TikTok account Wednesday. The post has since been removed.
The screenshot shows Doja asking Schnapp: “Noah can u tell Joseph to hmu.” “HMU” is short for “hit me up.” She then said, “Wait no. does he have a gf?”
Schnapp responded by encouraging Doja to slide into Quinn’s DMs and shared his Instagram account with the “Say So” rapper.
On her recent Instagram Live, Doja called out Schnapp for making public what she said she assumed was a “private conversation between me and him.”
“Let’s try to be chill about it. To be fair, this is, like, a kid. Like, Noah is, like, I don’t know how old he is, but he’s not even over, like — there’s no way he’s over, like, 21,” Doja said.
“When you’re that young, you make mistakes, you do dumb shit. I’m trying to be super fair,” she added. “You do dumb shit. You say dumb shit. You fuck up relationships with people. You make mistakes. You’re supposed to do stuff like that so you know not to do it in the future. I did my share of fuckups so I don’t fuck up again.”
