Nigerian singer Johnny Drille and his wife, Rima Tahini, are joyfully celebrating their second wedding anniversary, marking five years of togetherness. The talented singer took to his Instagram page on Thursday, January 4, 2024, to share five heartfelt wedding photos, expressing gratitude for the happiest five years and the beautiful two years of marriage.

In his caption, Johnny Drille wrote, “Thank you for the happiest five years of my life, and the most beautiful two years of marriage. You’re the best thing that ever happened to me, and I’m glad I get to go through life with you. Happy Anniversary.”

The “Believe Me” crooner and Rima Tahini exchanged vows on January 5, 2022, in a private ceremony that was initially kept under wraps. The news became public a year later when Drille shared it, accompanied by pictures from the celebration posted by Don Jazzy. Their relationship had been a surprise to many, given Drille’s low-key status.

The couple’s love story began in 2018 when they met at one of Johnny Drille’s shows. Both were associated with Mavin Records, where Tahini served as the director of A&R. Drille revealed in 2023 that she was his first girlfriend, and within a few months of their relationship, he knew she was the one he wanted to marry.

Adding to their joy, the couple happily announced the arrival of their first child, Amari, born on November 17, 2023, making the celebration of their second wedding anniversary even more special.
