Mayorkun Announces Split from British Girlfriend Cocainna
Nigerian music sensation, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, popularly known as Mayorkun, has officially confirmed the end of his romantic relationship with his British girlfriend, Cocainna.
The talented artist, known for hit tracks like “Cheche,” shared the news during a recent interview on Cool FM Nigeria, hosted by reality TV star Tacha.
During the interview, Mayorkun was asked about his current relationship status. He responded by revealing that he is currently single, marking the end of his relationship with Cocainna. However, he emphasized that he and the British model remain on good terms.
Host: “Are you in a relationship right now, Mayorkun?”
Mayorkun: “No.”
Host: “So what happened to you and Cocainna?”
Mayorkun: “Life happened. But we are still cool. We are very cool. It’s just that you meet somebody it works out, you meet somebody it doesn’t work out.”
Mayorkun addressed rumours suggesting he has a penchant for dating London girls, explaining that it is because he spends a significant amount of time in the city. He also shared his fondness for London, stating that it holds a special place in his heart.
Mayorkun and Cocainna initially sparked relationship speculations last year when the UK dancer and influencer took the singer on a date in London. Subsequently, the pair confirmed their romantic involvement, but now, it seems their journey together has come to an end.
