Moniepoint Crowned Financial Inclusion Champion by CBN
Moniepoint, Africa’s rapidly growing financial institution, has been honoured with the title of Financially Inclusive Fintech of the Year at the 2nd International Financial Inclusion Conference (IFIC), hosted by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The prestigious recognition was awarded at an event that gathered key figures from the financial services industry, including Philip Ikeazor, Deputy Governor of Financial System Stability at the CBN; Omolola Oloworaran, Director-General of the National Pension Commission (PenCom); and Ajibade Laolu-Adewale, Chairman of the Committee of e-Business Industry Heads (CeBIH).
This year’s conference, themed “Inclusive Growth: Harnessing Inclusion for Economic Development,” brought together experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss advancing financial access and promoting economic development. Moniepoint’s achievement was celebrated for its innovative products and commitment to improving financial inclusion across underserved communities in Nigeria. The company’s digital financial solutions have helped bridge gaps, offering secure, fast, and transparent services.
In addition to the IFIC accolade, Moniepoint has recently received multiple other industry awards, solidifying its role as a frontrunner in driving financial inclusion and economic empowerment across Nigeria.
