Nike Set to Bring Back KD 6 “Aunt Pearl” in 2026 Retro Lineup

Nike Basketball is preparing to revive one of the most recognisable colourways in Kevin Durant’s signature line, with the KD 6 “Aunt Pearl” confirmed to return as part of the model’s retro run in 2026.

The move follows Nike’s plans to reintroduce the KD 6 silhouette, marking its first-ever retro release. To anchor the comeback, the brand is leaning on some of the most celebrated editions of the shoe, including the “Aunt Pearl”, which has remained a fan favourite since its original launch.

First released in February 2014, the KD 6 “Aunt Pearl” stood out for its bold, floral-heavy design and vibrant colour palette. The sneaker features a pink floral upper layered beneath visible Flywire cables, complemented by contrasting blue branding on the forefoot Swoosh and heel logo. The floral theme extends to the inner lining, while a clean white midsole and pink translucent outsole complete the look, reflecting the design language of early 2010s basketball footwear.

The “Aunt Pearl” colourway holds special significance within Durant’s line, further elevating its status among collectors and fans. Its return adds to a growing list of confirmed KD 6 retros, including popular releases such as “Peanut Butter Jelly” and the All-Star-inspired “NOLA Gumbo”.

The Nike KD 6 “Aunt Pearl” is expected to release as part of Nike Basketball’s Holiday 2026 schedule, although an official launch date has yet to be announced.
