Nike Shox R4 “Reflective Red” Set to Join Spring 2026 Line-Up
The Nike Shox R4 continues its unexpected resurgence as a fashion staple, with the brand preparing to introduce a new “Reflective Red” colourway as part of its Spring 2026 releases.
Originally designed as a high-performance basketball shoe and popularised in the early 2000s by NBA star Vince Carter, the Shox R4 has since found a second life in streetwear, particularly within women’s fashion. Its revival has been driven largely by clean, understated designs that nod to the model’s original aesthetic.
At first glance, the upcoming “Reflective Red” edition appears to follow that minimalist approach. However, closer inspection reveals added visual interest through reflective 3M panels along the sidewalls, which catch the light to create subtle colour shifts. Nike has also reworked the laces, replacing the standard material with tumbled leather for a more refined finish.
The Nike Shox R4 “Reflective Red” is expected to launch during Spring 2026. While official pricing has yet to be announced, the shoe is anticipated to retail for around $170. Further details are expected closer to release.
