Rapper EveryBodyKnowsLo is Killed in a Shooting at a Miami Nightclub
American rapper, Lowell Grissom, who is better known as EveryBodyKnowsLO, has died in a shooting that occurred in a Miami nightclub.
According to local media reports, the incident took place at around 4:00 am in a nightclub in the Florida city, specifically at the Gala nightclub, which is situated in a very touristy area of Miami Beach.
Upon receiving a call alerting them to shots fired inside the nightclub, the Florida city police arrived at the scene and found three gunshot victims, one male and two females.
The rapper, Lowell Grissom, along with the two injured women, was taken to the Ryder Trauma Unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital. However, he died in the hospital due to his injuries. The other two injured individuals are expected to recover, as reported by police sources. The motives behind the shooting remain unknown.
Miami Beach Police have not provided any information as to why the shooting occurred inside the nightclub.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for the Gala nightclub has offered his condolences to the family and friends of the deceased artist, EveryBodyKnowsLo, and expressed his willingness to cooperate with investigators.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time a similar incident has happened in Miami. In March, a curfew was imposed due to two shootings and the difficulty in controlling the number of people out during the spring season.
The city’s mayor, Dan Gelber, expressed concern about the lack of control and the presence of many firearms.
