This $270 New Balance Model Released in a Perfect Fall Colorway
Whether any sneaker pushing $300 can achieve mainstream popularity is a different conversation, but among New Balance’s most loyal followers, the Made in England Allerdale silhouette is already a huge success story. With its premium construction and FuelCell tech to boot, the Allerdale has been anointed by many (myself included) as New Balance’s best new model of 2025. If you’re in agreement, you’re bound to be a fan of this “Cinnamon Stick” colorway released on October 16th.
A damn near perfect autumn rotation piece, the Allerdale here pairs a premium “Cinnamon Stick” suede upper with a gum outsole. The New Balance logos, laces, and lace loops come in “Black Coffee” brown, while a tan leather sock liner and green insoles round out the delivery. The Allerdale features a design inspired by traditional British leisure footwear, and the model has thus far stayed true to that reference with a lineup consisting almost entirely of sophisticated looks balancing browns and beiges. Another Flimby masterclass.
The New Balance Allerdale “Cinnamon Stick” released via the New Balance website on October 16th for $270, which is $20 more than the model’s introductory price.
