Tyla Unveils 19-Track Lineup for Forthcoming Album ‘A-Pop’

South African singer Tyla has revealed the official tracklist for her upcoming album A-Pop, confirming details of the highly anticipated project following a major awards milestone.

The announcement comes shortly after the 24-year-old star secured another Grammy win at the Grammy Awards, where she took home Best African Music Performance for her single “Push 2 Start.” The victory further cements her growing international influence after the global success of earlier hits such as “Water.”

Speaking in the wake of her award win, Tyla described A-Pop as a reflection of her artistic growth. She noted that the new body of work captures a different stage of her life and creative direction, signalling a shift in themes and sound.

The album is set to feature 19 tracks, blending her signature “Popiano” style — a fusion of pop and amapiano — with elements of contemporary R&B. Among the confirmed songs are the previously released single “Chanel” and fan favourite “Disco,” alongside a range of new titles that have already sparked conversation across social media platforms.

The full tracklist includes: My Desire, Kryptonite, I’m Not Her, Double Blind, Is It Love, Feel Something, Selfish, Who’s That Girl, Light Up The Room, Disco, Hot Tubs, Someway, Right Now, Set The Mood, Tempted, Kiss, Mr. Nonchalant, Did It Again, and Chanel.

While a release date for A-Pop has yet to be announced, the unveiling of the tracklist has heightened anticipation among fans eager to hear the next chapter from one of Africa’s fastest-rising global stars.
