Atlanta Rapper Ludacris’ Longtime Manager Among Three People Shot in Buckhead
The police in Atlanta have revealed that an accomplished music executive in the city, Chaka Zulu who manages popular rapper Ludacris was one of several people shot outside a popular Buckhead restaurant on Monday.
The triple shooting left one person dead and two hospitalized in an incident that happened in the parking lot of a Peachtree Hills shopping center; home to restaurant and bar Apt4b. It, however, remains unclear if the shooting had any connection to the restaurant.
According to Channel 2′s Michael Seiden, while Zulu, the co-founder of Disturbing Tha Peace record label survived the shooting and is currently recovering in the hospital, the police are still on the search for the shooter.
The police have mentioned that there appeared to have been an argument or altercation at the parking lot of the shopping centre where the victims were shot.
Thousands of fans and hip hop artistes have taken to social media to offer their prayers for Zulu and the other victims. Atlanta rapper Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, wrote about how he is praying for Zulu’s speedy recovery.
