Breaking: Earthquake Felts Across UK Region With Residents Reporting Shaking Homes

A small earthquake has reportedly hit the Shrewsbury area.

According to Mirror, residents in the Telford area took to Twitter to question whether the region had experienced an earthquake as they witnessed the ground shake beneath them.

Evidences from the earthquake monitoring site Volcano Discovery, seismic activity was recorded in the area. This is how it was reported:

We are receiving unverified early reports of ground shaking possibly caused by seismic activity in or near Telford, England, United Kingdom on 30 May 2022 (GMT) at approximately 14:35 GMT.

“There are no details yet on the magnitude or depth of this possible quake. If confirmed, we can expect more accurate data to emerge in the next few minutes.”
