Roman Kemp Reveals Plans to Quit Showbiz After Being Diagnosed With Terrifying Disorder.
Popular English radio host and television personality, Roman Kemp has revealed that he plans to quit his job within the next 5 years after he was surprisingly diagnosed for a disorder said to have been triggered by his hectic schedule.
The 29-year-old Capital breakfast show host opened up on his long-term plan away from the showbiz industry after he was diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
Sleep apnoea is a condition that causes a person’s breathing to stop and start while sleeping and has led to the star needing to wear an oxygen mask at night time.
In a chat with Mail Online, the presenter who has dealt with five years of demanding early starts for his show, said:
“‘My tiredness levels were debilitating, and they said to me it was because of my job and I said this is different. I was talking with people where I thought I was verging on narcolepsy because I was mid conversation and would be snoring and not realising, it was very strange. The doctors told me I must wear an oxygen mask”
