Davido Alleges Attempted Attack by Nightclub Security in Ibiza
Nigerian music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has accused security personnel at Hi Ibiza nightclub of attempting to harm him and members of his team during a night out on Saturday.
The Afrobeats singer made the allegation in a series of posts shared on his Instagram story early Sunday, claiming the nightclub’s security staff “tried to kill” him and his entourage. He also posted images of some of the security personnel, appearing visibly agitated, and vowed to seek justice.
“@hiibizaofficial security just tried to kill me and my team!!! All of y’all goin down!!!” Davido wrote in one of the posts.
While details surrounding the alleged incident remain unclear, Davido has been vacationing in Ibiza for several days along with his manager, Asa Asika, and popular socialite, Cubana Chief Priest. The group has shared several photos and videos from their luxurious getaway across their social media platforms.
As of the time of this report, neither the management of Hi Ibiza nor Spanish authorities have released an official statement regarding the incident.
