Davido Confirms August 2025 White Wedding with Chioma
Afrobeats superstar Davido has officially revealed that his white wedding with wife Chioma will take place in August 2025.
The announcement comes nearly a year after the couple’s traditional marriage, which was held in June 2024 at Eko Hotels in Lagos and attended by celebrities, politicians, and industry figures.
In a recent interview with The Breakfast Club, Davido shared that the white wedding will be held in Miami, U.S., marking the next chapter in their relationship.
“I’m doing my white wedding in Miami, in August this year,” he said.
Reflecting on their journey, the singer noted the intense public attention surrounding their relationship, particularly following the tragic loss of their son in 2022.
“Our traditional marriage shut down Nigeria because our relationship was in the public eye, and a lot has happened, apart from losing our child,” he added.
Fans and well-wishers have since taken to social media to celebrate the news and express anticipation for what promises to be another star-studded affair.
