Diddy, 2Pac and Keefe D

Diddy’s Ex-Bodyguard Acknowledges Association Between Diddy and 2Pac’s Alleged Killer, Keefe D

Gene Deal, former bodyguard for Diddy, revisited the connections between the Bad Boy Entertainment mogul and the alleged killer of 2Pac, Keefe D, during a recent sit-down with The Art Of Dialogue on Thursday (October 26). In the discussion, Deal revisited his experiences working for Puff during the tumultuous East Coast–West Coast conflict of the ’90s.

“Keefe D, I’ve seen him a number of times,” Deal began, highlighting the interactions between Keefe D and Puff. “They were gambling together, they were drinking together, they had fun, they were hanging out in hotels — yes, they did have a relationship.”

However, despite observing their association, Deal made it clear that he couldn’t confirm if there was an arrangement between Keefe D and Puff to orchestrate the killing of the iconic rapper. “As far as me having any information whether he commissioned Keefe D to do a murder — nah bruh, that ain’t me,” Deal emphasized. “They can ask me, did I see Keefe D? Yes, I did. Was he around? Yes, he was.”

Deal expressed his readiness to testify in court if the case required his testimony, affirming his willingness to speak truthfully with no intentions of deception.

In a prior discussion with The Art of Dialogue last month, Deal made explicit claims about Keefe D’s alleged involvement in 2Pac’s murder. He revealed his version of the events and highlighted his perspective on what he believes might have happened.

Explaining his reservations regarding Keefe D’s statements, Deal suggested the possibility that the admission might have been rehearsed, insinuating that law enforcement might manipulate responses before recording them.

Moreover, Deal expressed his thoughts on Keefe’s role in the tragic incident. He stated, “And Keefe D, no disrespect. To me, he did what he had to do to walk home. He said what he had to say to be a free man.” Deal hinted at the complex scenario where many involved players have since passed away, leaving Keefe D as the sole figure in the scenario.

Currently, Keefe D, who previously boasted about his involvement in 2Pac’s assassination, is facing charges in the nearly 27-year-old cold case, with Las Vegas homicide leading the ongoing investigation.
