Diddy’s Freak Off Tapes Shown to Jurors Inside the Courtroom of His Sex Trafficking Trial

Jurors in the ongoing federal sex trafficking trial involving Sean “Diddy” Combs were shown explicit video footage this week as part of the prosecution’s evidence against the music mogul.

According to court reports, three video clips – each running just over 10 minutes – were played in the courtroom with jurors listening to the audio through individual headphones. Only about 30 seconds of each video was played aloud, during which sexually suggestive sounds were reportedly audible. One juror was heard giggling during the presentation of the footage.

The footage is believed to form part of the prosecution’s broader case alleging that Combs was involved in organizing so-called “freak off” parties, which are central to the sex trafficking claims against him.

This courtroom development came shortly after Combs’ legal team made another unsuccessful push for a mistrial. In a formal letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, Combs’ attorneys objected to the removal of a Black male juror, arguing that the move was racially motivated.

The prosecution, however, stated their objection to the juror was based on inconsistencies in his residency details, not any personal knowledge of the defendant or the case. Combs’ team accused the prosecution of exploiting the opportunity to further reduce diversity on the jury.

Despite the objections, Judge Subramanian ultimately dismissed the juror and denied the defense’s mistrial request, allowing the trial to continue.

Combs’ own behavior during proceedings has also drawn scrutiny. The judge recently reprimanded him for making facial expressions and nodding toward jurors while witnesses were being questioned.

“Mr. Agnifilo, your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously,” Subramanian told Combs’ lead attorney. “This can’t continue or I will give a limiting instruction you won’t like, or other measures including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?”

Agnifilo acknowledged the warning and assured the court that it would not happen again.

Throughout the trial, Combs has maintained a visible and engaged presence in the courtroom, often passing notes to his legal team. He has also been seen sending affectionate gestures – such as blowing kisses – to his mother, who has been present in the public gallery.

The trial, which continues to attract significant public attention, is expected to resume with further testimonies and evidence in the coming days.
