Doja Cat Gives Update on Throat Surgery Recovery

American rapper, singer and music producer, Doja Cat was unfortunate to have been pulled out of a massive summer tour with The Weeknd due to invasive tonsil surgery.

At the moment, a silver lining has appeared in her dark clouds as the 26-year-old gave fans an update on her recovery.

The “Say So” crooner tweeted out a series of photos of her in a hospital gown while throwing up the deuces.

She also posted a video of her attempting to rap along to Nicki Minaj’s verse on Trey Songz’s 2010 track “Bottoms Up,” with her voice sounding gravely and hushed.

Doja Cat went on to confirm to an inquisitive Twitter fan that the surgery was done and she was now in recovery mode.
