Elon Musk Denies Affair With Google Co-Founder Sergey Brin’s Wife
American businessman and Tesla CEO, Elon Musk has denied having an affair with Nicole Shanahan, the wife of Google co-founder, Sergey Brin.
Musk’s comments comes after the Wall Street Journal reported that his friendship with Brin had ended over the alleged affair.
Shortly after a link to the story was posted on Twitter, Musk dropped a reply where he referred to the report as “total bs.”
The Tesla boss went on to counter the report by saying that he is still friends with Brin adding that they were “at a party together last night!”
According to the Wall Street Journal, Musk had been engaged in a brief affair late last year with Ms Shanahan.
The report stated that this affair prompted Brin to file for divorce earlier this year and ended the long friendship between the two high-profile technology billionaires.
Once again, Musk noted that this wasn’t possible by saying, “I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, both times with many other people around. Nothing romantic.”
At the moment of writing this, Shanahan, Brin and Google are yet to respond to the development.
