Jeannie Mai Accuses Jeezy of Infidelity Amid Divorce Battle
The divorce battle between rapper Jeezy and TV host Jeannie Mai has taken a new turn as Mai responds to Jeezy’s recent accusation of her “gatekeeping” their daughter. In a filing to Fulton Superior Court on Thursday (November 30), Mai hinted at having evidence of Jeezy’s infidelity, requesting the court to enforce the relevant section of their prenuptial agreement.
The prenup specifies that engaging in sexual or emotional relationships or suggestive communication with a third party via electronic means would result in a significant financial penalty. While Mai refrains from disclosing details, the document emphasizes her intention to resolve the matter without publicizing the alleged conduct.
Jeezy filed for divorce in September, citing an “irretrievably broken” marriage. He recently filed a motion for a custody hearing regarding their nearly two-year-old child. Jeezy claims the lack of consistency and stability in their informal custodial arrangements is causing stress for their daughter. Despite acknowledging Mai’s non-malicious intent, he accuses her of acting as a gatekeeper in their parenting dynamic.
