Jeezy Denies Infidelity Claims Amid Prenup Battle with Jeannie Mai

Atlanta-based rapper Jeezy, born Jay Wayne Jenkins, has responded to claims of infidelity made by his estranged wife, Jeannie Mai. The talk show host recently filed a motion requesting the court to uphold an infidelity clause in their prenuptial agreement, implying that Jeezy cheated during their marriage.

Jeezy’s legal team swiftly addressed the accusations, stating in a press release to UsWeekly on Saturday, “Any claim of infidelity on Mr Jenkins’ behalf is 100 per cent false, and we have no further statements at this time.” The rapper and Jeannie Mai signed their prenuptial agreement in March 2021, which reportedly includes penalties for infidelity, including financial repercussions.

Jeannie Mai’s legal response refrained from naming Jeezy’s alleged mistress, stating her desire to resolve the matter privately. She also seeks an “equitable division” of all marital assets. The specifics of their prenuptial agreement remain unclear.

The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their Atlanta home in 2021 and welcomed their daughter in 2022. However, in September 2023, Jeezy filed for divorce, expressing a heavy heart but emphasizing his love and respect for Jeannie. The subsequent months have seen a custody battle unfold, with Jeezy seeking joint physical and legal custody, while Mai requests sole “final decision-making authority” and primary physical custody.

Despite the publicized divorce, both parties have expressed love and respect for each other, focusing on the well-being of their daughter. As the legal proceedings continue, the private details of their prenuptial agreement may come to light.
