Jordan Brand Prepares Black and Varsity Red Air Jordan 4 RM Release
Jordan Brand is expanding its Air Jordan 4 RM lineup with a new black and Varsity Red colourway that draws inspiration from some of the label’s most recognisable designs.
The Air Jordan 4 RM, a reworked take on the classic Air Jordan 4, has spent more than a year on the market borrowing visual cues from the wider Jordan archive. The latest version continues that approach, arriving in a predominantly black finish accented with Varsity Red details that reference Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls era.
While dark colour schemes have long been associated with the Air Jordan 4 family, this edition introduces a less familiar element: an icy, translucent section on the rear of the outsole. The feature is not traditionally linked to the AJ4 silhouette but adds a modern touch to the updated model.
Jordan Brand has not announced an official release date for the Air Jordan 4 RM “Black/Varsity Red”. However, the sneaker is expected to roll out in the coming months via Nike’s website and selected retailers. The pair will retail for $155 when it becomes available.
