Justin Long Misplaces Wedding Ring Months After Marrying Kate Bosworth
Actor Justin Long, 45, revealed that he has lost his wedding ring, just months after tying the knot with actress Kate Bosworth. Speaking on ‘Live with Kelly and Mark,’ the actor admitted to the mishap, explaining the absence of the ring.
He confessed to the audience, “I don’t have my ring on because I lost it, unfortunately,” before humorously considering he could have avoided revealing this detail. He jokingly added, “Oh, okay, I didn’t have to reveal that! I could have just said I left it backstage!”
Reflecting on his relationship and recent marriage, Long shared the immediate connection he felt with Kate Bosworth when they first met. He expressed his admiration for their strong bond, stating, “Right away, I knew I was going to be friends with her forever. We got along so well. I know it sounds so generic.”
The ‘Jeepers Creepers’ actor shared a defining moment in their relationship when he realized Kate had an unexpected, “weird and wild” side that solidified their connection. He humorously recounted, “She did something — and it’s not going to make any sense, it was very specific — and I just realized, I said to her, I looked at her, and said, ‘Oh you’re wild. You’re like, a little wild in you. Like, weird and wild.’ Which I hadn’t seen.”
He further acknowledged that, despite their initial perceptions of each other due to their public personas, they had misjudged each other, and their relationship had blossomed into something special.
The couple got married in May, a month after announcing their engagement. Justin Long had previously mentioned in his ‘Life is Short’ podcast that he was in Bulgaria working on ‘Barbarian’ while he was deeply falling in love with Kate. He shared how her presence during his work in Bulgaria was special, calling it a magical and supportive time, hinting at the positive influence she had on him during that period.
