Kunle Afolayan Highlights Achievements, Advocates Focus and Creativity
Renowned Nollywood actor, producer, and director Kunle Afolayan has taken to social media to showcase his illustrious career and inspire his fans with a message of self-focus and creativity.
In a video shared on Instagram, Afolayan compiled highlights of his journey, including interviews with international media, invitations to prestigious events, and footage from his early days in filmmaking. The montage also celebrated some of his acclaimed movies, such as The Figurine, October 1, Omugwo, Mokalik, Citation, Anikulapo, and A Naija Christmas.
Accompanying the video, Afolayan reflected on his approach to life and work, emphasising his dedication to building his craft without competing with others.
“I am a creative, I like to build, and I mind my own business,” he wrote. “I am not in competition with anyone but myself. My name is Kunle Afolayan, I am a filmmaker, and I am Nigerian.”
