Lil Wayne Faces Allegations of Abuse from Partner Denise Bidot
American model Denise Bidot has publicly accused rapper Lil Wayne of physical abuse and emotional mistreatment, sharing a detailed account of their alleged breakup on social media.
In a now-viral Instagram post shared on Sunday, Bidot, 38, claimed the Grammy-winning rapper ended their relationship on Mother’s Day via text message and forced her and her daughter out of their home while she was still recovering from recent surgery.
“Breaking up with someone on Mother’s Day is diabolical,” she wrote. “Wayne literally kicked me and my daughter out… I’m just recovering from surgery… I can’t even lift my boxes. But this man has his assistants coming to help kick us out and break up with me through text.”
Bidot also alleged that Lil Wayne had physically assaulted her during the relationship, adding, “This man has actually laid a hand on me. And I took it… I know other women he’s put his hands on.”
She further claimed the rapper brought other women into town on the same day of the breakup and ended her post by asking her followers for legal representation.
Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., has not publicly responded to the accusations. The rapper had previously been in a relationship with Australian model La’tecia Thomas before confirming his romance with Bidot in 2020.
As of now, no formal legal action has been reported, and representatives for Lil Wayne have remained silent on the matter.
