Pique and Shakira Announce Separation, Ending 12-Year Relationship
Columbian singer, Shakira and Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique have announced they have officially ended their 12-year-old relationship
Shakira and Pique have two children together but mutually agreed to part ways after the footballer’s recent alleged infidelity. The joint statement read:
“We regret to confirm that we are separating,” Pique and Shakira said in a statement. “For the well-being of our children, who are our top priority, we are asking for respect for their privacy. Thank you for your understanding.”
