Snoop Dogg Opens Up About His Fear of Horses

Snoop Dogg, the iconic rapper known for embracing his canine alter-ego throughout his career, recently revealed a surprising fear during a conversation on a new episode of Double G News. In the episode, Snoop and guest Tiffany Haddish discussed horse riding, and Snoop admitted his uneasiness around horses.

“I’m scared of horses,” he confessed during the conversation. “I’m so serious — you ain’t never seen me in a scene with a horse. I’ve been in scenes with ostriches, iguanas, all kinds of stuff, but never a horse. Get that muthafucka away from me.”

While Snoop couldn’t pinpoint the exact source of his fear, he expressed a willingness to work on overcoming it. He acknowledged the significance of horses to many people and expressed his openness to learning to be around them, possibly starting with a baby horse or a young jackass.

Despite his fear of horses, Snoop Dogg has shown an open-mindedness and affinity for coexisting with various species in the past. In a previous interview in July with Hip Hop Wolf, he shared an unusual story about a giant cockroach that lived in his home.

Snoop recounted how the cockroach, affectionately named “The Gooch,” survived all attempts to eliminate it when he first moved into his apartment. Instead of trying to kill it, Snoop and his friends decided to let it live and even left food out for it. Over time, “The Gooch” grew remarkably large, about the size of a dollar bill, according to Snoop.
