Spyro Accuses Religious Figures of Blackmail Over Alleged Sex Tape
Nigerian singer Spyro has made public accusations of being blackmailed with a purported sex tape. The artist shared details of the threats in an emotional post on his Instagram story, alleging that the blackmail came after he confronted an individual online for wrongdoing.
In the post, Spyro claimed that certain religious figures were hiding behind their faith to cover up deceitful behaviour. He expressed his frustration, accusing these figures of using their position to manipulate and deceive others.
“Don’t be deceived, the biggest scams and liars are the ones at the top of religious ladders,” he wrote, criticizing the emotional manipulation he says he’s been subjected to. He also revealed the blackmail attempt, in which the person threatened to release a sex tape and claimed that a woman was pregnant with his child.
