Victony Unveils Mega Collaboration with 14 Afrobeats Artists in Upcoming Single ‘Ohema’

Nigerian singer Victony, renowned for his unique sound, is gearing up to drop a monumental Afrobeat collaboration titled ‘Ohema,’ featuring a star-studded lineup of 14 Afrobeats artists. The announcement comes hot on the heels of his recent release, ‘Jaga Jaga,’ featuring Babyboy AV.

Victony, born Anthony Ebuka Victor, took to social media to reveal the groundbreaking nature of his upcoming single. In a post, he stated, “By midnight, we make history. For the first time, 14 afrobeats superstars, 3 producers, 1 song. #OHEMA.” The song is crafted by the brilliant minds of award-winning record producers Rexxie, Blaisebeatz, and Semzi.

Confirmed collaborators on ‘Ohema’ include Oxlade and Bloody Civilian, who teased fans about her verse, promising an even more impactful contribution than her previous work on ‘BOTDF.’ She playfully hinted, “If you think my verse on BOTDF was short, wait till you hear this one.”

Victony, who recently faced an awkward moment during his performance at Rema’s “Rave Uprising” at the O2 Arena, continues to captivate audiences with his musical prowess. Despite the hiccup, he remains a force to be reckoned with in the Afrobeat scene.

In a notable act of kindness earlier this month, Victony joined forces with content creator Asherkine to replace outdated mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and crutches for individuals in need.

This initiative was deeply personal for the Nigerian singer, who, following a car crash, relied on similar equipment for mobility. The gesture exemplifies his commitment to giving back and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
