Yung Miami Implicated In New Lawsuit By Woman Who Diddy Allegedly Abused and Got Pregnant

City Girls rapper Yung Miami has been implicated in a lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs by a woman accusing the music mogul of sexual abuse and manipulation. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that Diddy abused her over a span of three years and that Miami pressured her to terminate a pregnancy resulting from the alleged abuse.

According to court documents obtained by USA Today, the lawsuit was filed in New York State Supreme Court on Friday, September 27. The woman claims that Diddy subjected her to repeated non-consensual sexual encounters, drugged her with substances like ketamine, and recorded their interactions without her permission. The suit also details instances where the plaintiff blacked out after being drugged, later waking up with injuries she couldn’t explain.

Jane Doe’s allegations further include claims that Diddy exerted control over her through intimidation, financial dependence, and by monitoring her communications. She says she complied with his demands out of fear of retaliation.

As for Yung Miami’s role in the case, Doe alleges that after discovering she was pregnant, the rapper harassed her with phone calls urging her to have an abortion. The plaintiff eventually suffered a miscarriage and has reportedly had no contact with Diddy or his associates since.

Jane Doe is seeking unspecified damages, with her legal team emphasizing the need to hold powerful figures in the entertainment industry accountable. In a statement, her attorneys from the firm Napoli Shkolnik said, “Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims.”

Yung Miami, who previously had a public relationship with Diddy, addressed the mounting accusations against him during an episode of her podcast, Caresha Please. She stated that during their two-year relationship, she did not experience any violence from Diddy and could not speak to the allegations made by others.

“I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something that I don’t know,” she said. Miami also revealed that she had been a victim of domestic violence in previous relationships, but not during her time with Diddy.

The rapper also commented on the criticism she has faced for not speaking out about the allegations against Diddy, explaining that she met him during a time when he was being widely celebrated and did not experience the side of him others are accusing.

The lawsuit adds to the ongoing legal battles Diddy faces, including other allegations of abuse, all of which he has denied.
