4Batz, Drake and Kendrick Lamar

4Batz Clarifies Relationship with Drake Amid Kendrick Lamar Tweet Controversy

Following a playful tweet directed at Kendrick Lamar over the weekend, emerging artist 4Batz is setting the record straight regarding his relationship with Drake, denying any underlying issues between them.

In the now-deleted social media post, 4Batz humorously requested a brief hiatus for his debut mixtape “U Made Me A St4r,” as he jokingly accused Kendrick Lamar of stealing the spotlight with his ongoing lyrical jabs at Drake.

However, despite the lighthearted banter, some speculated that there might be tension between 4Batz and Drake, especially considering the absence of Drake’s remix on the mixtape and 4Batz’s association with Kanye West, another figure at odds with the Toronto native.

Responding to the conjecture, 4Batz took to Twitter to clarify his stance, stating, “I ain’t got no problem wit dat n-gga,” while highlighting the success of his mixtape, which he claims holds the top spot globally.

Earlier reports had suggested that 4Batz signed with Drake’s label, OVO Sound, for his debut EP following Drake’s remix of one of his tracks. While the specifics of the deal remain undisclosed, 4Batz’s lawyer hinted at a strategic collaboration with Drake and expressed gratitude for the support received from Team Drake/OVO.

Although previous reports indicated an EP under OVO Sound, 4Batz’s reference to his latest project as a mixtape suggests a potential independent release. As the narrative unfolds, fans eagerly anticipate further developments in 4Batz’s musical journey, amidst speculations and playful exchanges within the rap community.
