50 Cent Demands Removal of Judge Who Threatened Black Teens in Viral Video
American rapper Curtis James Jackson III, known as 50 Cent, is calling for the dismissal of New York State Supreme Court Judge Erin Gall following the release of a video showing her threatening to shoot a group of black teenagers.
The video, filmed in 2022, surfaced this month and quickly sparked outrage across social media. In the clip, Judge Gall can be seen and heard making threatening comments, leading to widespread condemnation and calls for her removal.
50 Cent took to Instagram to voice his disapproval and urged his followers to join him in demanding Gall’s ouster. Sharing the controversial video, he wrote, “SMH, she should be removed. This is bad. Repost this video.”
The incident has not only caught the public’s attention but has also prompted an investigation by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. The Commission’s report, released on July 22, stated that Gall “created at least the appearance that she harboured racial bias.”
The growing calls for Judge Gall’s removal underscore the broader concerns about racial bias within the judicial system and the importance of accountability for public officials. As the investigation continues, the outcome will be closely watched by both the public and advocacy groups pushing for judicial reform.
