Crocs Teams Up With T-Pain for Playful “Boots With the Fur” Release
Nearly two decades after T-Pain immortalised the phrase “boots with the fur” in Flo Rida’s 2007 chart-topping hit Low, the rapper is bringing the iconic lyric to life – this time with Crocs.
The footwear giant has unveiled the Crocs “Unfurgettable” Boot, a knee-high, fur-covered spin on its classic clog design, with T-Pain starring in the brand’s promotional campaign.
In a playful teaser shared on social media, the Grammy-winning artist is shown “creating” the boots in a cartoonish lab scene – a nod to the Powerpuff Girls – by mixing Crocs’ Jibbitz charms and fluffy pom-poms before the concoction bursts into the now-viral footwear.

The new design merges nostalgia with bold Y2K flair. It features a faux fur finish with leopard print accents, a chunky platform sole, and decorative Myspace-inspired charms – including chrome lips, heart emblems, and chain details. Each pair also comes with 25 customisable Jibbitz accessories, letting fans personalise their look.
Though T-Pain’s involvement adds a celebrity edge, the “Unfurgettable” Boot isn’t an official collaboration with the artist. Rather, his endorsement celebrates the humour and nostalgia behind the viral fashion-meets-music crossover.
Crocs confirmed the boots will launch on October 23, retailing for $160 and available in women’s sizing.
The “Unfurgettable” Boot headlines a larger collection under the same name, further cementing Crocs’ reputation for quirky, culture-savvy designs – and proving that even a 2000s club anthem can still inspire fashion magic.
