Court Sets November 26 For Odumodublvck’s Assault Trial

A Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed November 26, 2025, for the commencement of trial in the assault case filed against Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck.

The case was instituted by fellow artist Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of physically assaulting him during a public event on December 16, 2024.

In his suit, Kraziecent claimed that Odumodublvck attacked him without provocation while he was taking photos and videos of himself at the event. He alleged that the rapper damaged his iPhone 15 Pro Max during the altercation and has demanded compensation for reputational damage and public humiliation.

At the hearing on Friday, Kraziecent’s counsel, Uchenna Ojembe, informed the court that the defendant had yet to file a formal response despite being served. Ojembe therefore requested a new date for the commencement of proceedings.

Responding, Odumodublvck’s lawyer, Sheriff Bello, sought an adjournment to allow more time to prepare for the case.

Presiding Judge Adeyemi Ajayi granted the request and adjourned the matter until November 26 for hearing.
