New Balance Tokyo Design Studio Prepares New MT10T Releases
New Balance’s Tokyo Design Studio is set to expand its lineup with new colourways of the MT10T, the trail-inspired model that has recently re-emerged after several quiet years.
The silhouette, originally known for its low-profile build and lightweight feel, returned to the spotlight earlier this year with updated design touches. The MT10T pairs a Vibram outsole for traction with a suede upper and protective synthetic overlays, secured with a pull-toggle closure system.
The MT10 series has previously appeared in limited collaborations, including versions created with Issey Miyake and performance label District Vision. More recently, the MT10T was released in three colourways through Aimé Leon Dore under the direction of Teddy Santis.
The latest editions, arriving in Navy and Brown suede, have ben available from select retailers from 15 November. A broader release through New Balance’s own retail channels is expected to follow.
