Rotimi Raji’s latest film, “American Playboy,” featuring an ensemble cast led by Adunni Ade, Tina Mba, and Seun Akindele, is set to premiere in cinemas on July 26th.
Written and produced by Silas Babalola, “American Playboy” delves into themes of family dynamics, love, betrayal, and forgiveness. The narrative centers around Akindele and Fadekemi, a couple navigating a challenging period in their relationship. Akindele, an optimistic individual who has been unemployed for years, is focused on securing a job as the couple looks to solidify their commitment. The plot thickens with the arrival of Jimmy, an American returnee with a hidden agenda, further complicating their relationship.
