Actor Aaron Goodwin’s Wife Arrested for Allegedly Hiring Hitman to Kill Him
Victoria Goodwin, wife of American actor and Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin, has been arrested for allegedly attempting to hire a hitman to kill her husband, less than two years after their wedding.
According to TMZ, Victoria was taken into custody on March 6 and charged with solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Authorities claim she plotted the assassination in October 2024, but the plan was uncovered after correction officers seized a contraband phone from an inmate in a Florida prison.
Investigators say Victoria communicated with the inmate about the alleged plot, even providing details of Aaron Goodwin’s location while he was filming Ghost Adventures in California. She allegedly agreed to pay $11,515 for the killing, with an upfront payment of $2,500.
A text message reportedly sent by Victoria read:
“Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”
However, Victoria has denied the allegations, telling authorities that while she and her husband had “marital problems,” the messages were just her “daydreaming or fantasizing about being without her husband.”
The couple tied the knot in 2022 at Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion.
