Award-Winning Nigerian Journalist Returns in Netflix Sequel “Òlòtūré: The Journey”

Nigerian investigative journalist Òlòtūré is back in a new Netflix series, “Òlòtūré: The Journey,” which premieres on June 28th. The sequel follows Òlòtūré, played by Sharon Ooja, as she continues her fight to expose human trafficking rings, this time with her life on the line.

The first season of “Òlòtūré” garnered critical acclaim for its unflinching portrayal of the dangers faced by sex workers and victims of human trafficking. Òlòtūré goes undercover as a sex worker to infiltrate the trafficking underworld, a decision that has lasting consequences.
